The Davenport Noon Optimist Club offers neighborhoods an opportunity to show their pride and patriotism by displaying the American Flag in front of their homes on 5 holidays per year:

Memorial Day

Flag Day

Fourth of July

Labor Day

Veteran's Day

These flags are manufactured by our members, the subscriptions are sold by our members and the flag routes are delivered or supervised by our members or youth organizations.

This Patriotic Project does so much more for our community! $46,782 was given to 39 youth or youth serving organizations so that kids, programs and facilities could continue.
