What is the Avenue of Flags?

Volunteers, including youth groups such as Boy and Girl Scout troops, high school booster clubs and youth athletic teams, place a 3' x 5' American flag in front of your home and then retrieve the flag at the end of the day on the following national holidays:

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
Check the flags database in your area to ensure you’re on our route.
If 'No records found' is displayed during your address search, you are not on a Noon Optimist flag route and may be on a QC Morning Club flag route instead. While we are both Optimist clubs, we are each run independently and have separate organizers. To contact the QC Morning Optimist Club, call 563.499.1120.
Please submit payment prior to these deadlines to ensure your flag is added to our route:
Memorial Day: May 24
Flag Day: June 7
July 4th: June 28
Labor Day: August 30
Veterans Day: November 8
